Human Trafficking Questionnaire

Dear Friends,

There has been historical progress in the legislature, not only in our State, but throughout the country with regard to human trafficking. Michigan is leading the country!

But as you can imagine, there is much left to do with the New Year upon us. In order to identify needs and a time table, it is important to gather resources from individuals, groups, and organizations across Michigan and the United States.  Therefore, we are asking for your input!  Your help is critical for continuing progress, because together we can make a difference in the horrific crime of human trafficking.

Please assist us today by filling out the questionnaire below, and return it in the envelope provided. Our policy is to maintain confidentiality. We welcome your input, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. (Please use additional paper if necessary).

In order to proceed in the most effective manner, we ask that this questionnaire be returned to us no later than January 20, 2015.

Sincerely,

Judy K. Emmons
State Senator
33rd District
